The City of Roseville performs maintenance activities and regular inspections of structural and nonstructural storm <br /> water controls to reduce floatables and other pollutants discharged from the City's separate storm sewers. Training <br /> seminars are conducted to instruct city employees on proper inspection for storm sewer structures. Proper documentation <br /> is completed and any actions recommended to improve current condition are sent to the party responsible for Pollution <br /> Prevention/Good Housekeeping measure and prompt corrective action is taken. Records are kept of all inspection results <br /> and any maintenance performed or recommended. <br /> 2. Do you have a facilities inventory as outlined in the Permit(Part III.D.6.a.)? ®Yes ❑ No <br /> 3. If you answered no to the above permit requirement in question 2, describe the tasks and corresponding schedules that <br /> will be taken to assure that,within 12 months of the date permit coverage is extended, this permit requirement is met: <br /> 4. List the categories of BMPs that address your pollution prevention/good housekeeping for municipal operations program. <br /> Use the first table for categories of BMPs that you have established and the second table for categories of BMPs that you <br /> plan to implement over the course of the permit term. <br /> Include the measurable goals with appropriate timeframes that each BMP category will be implemented and completed. In <br /> addition, provide interim milestones and the frequency of action in which the permittee will implement and/or maintain the <br /> BMPs.
