REQUEST FOR PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />02/03/2016 <br />AgendaDate: <br />5a <br />Agenda Item: <br />Division ApprovalAgenda Section <br />PublicHearing <br />Item Description: City of Roseville request to create Planned Unit Development standards <br />within the City Code (. <br />) <br />PROJ0017 <br />B <br />ACKGROUND <br />In May 2015, The City Council approved the hiring of Sambatek to complete the Planned Unit <br />1 <br />Development (PUD) standards. <br />2 <br />On July 6, 2015, Ben Gozola of Sambatec, the consultant for the creation of Planned Unit <br />3 <br />Development (PUD) standards, was present to listen and discuss with the Planning Commission <br />4 <br />and City Council various aspects of planned unit developments and the sorts of code regulation <br />5 <br />the Commission and Council may want to consider for their ordinance (Attachment D). <br />6 <br />On December 7, 2015, Mr. Gozola met again with the City Council to review the proposed draft <br />7 <br />PUD and was given additional comments and directed to proceed through the formal review and <br />8 <br />approval process (Attachment E). <br />9 <br />This evening, Mr. Gozola is present to review and discuss with the Planning Commission the <br />10 <br />draft PUD as proposed in the attached documents (Attachments A - C).
