During that approval process, the City Council directed the Planning <br />4 <br />staff to incorporatea number of the approved requirements into §1009.07 Developer Open House <br />5 <br />Meetings. <br />6 <br />Below are the current requirements for a developer open house in §1009.07: <br />7 <br />1009.07 Developer Open House Meetings <br />8 <br />Purpose: <br />A. Certain proposals or applications for developmentmay constitute significant <br />9 <br />departures from the presentor historical use and/or zoning of a property. Prior tosubmitting <br />10 <br />an application for approval of an interim use orzoning map change, therefore, an applicant <br />11 <br />shall hold anopen house meeting with property owners in the vicinityof the potential <br />12 <br />development location in order to provide aconvenient forum for engaging community <br />13 <br />members in thedevelopment process, to describe the proposal in detail, andto answer <br />14 <br />questions and solicit feedback. <br />15 <br />PROJ-0017_Amdt22_100814 <br />Page 1of 3 <br /> <br />
