DraftSubdivisionOrdinanceΑAttachmentA <br />process,todescribetheproposalindetail,andtoanswerquestionsandsolicit <br />feedback. <br />2)Timing:Theopenhouseshallbeheldatleast15daysandnotmorethan45 <br />dayspriortothesubmissionofanapplicationforapprovalofapreliminaryplat <br />andshallbeheldonaweekdayeve <br />ningbeginningbetween6:00p.m.and7:00 <br />p.m.andendingby10:00p.m. <br />3)Location:Theopenhouseshallbeheldatapubliclocationinornearthe <br />neighborhoodaffectedbytheproposal,and(inthecaseofaparcelsituated <br />nearwƚƭĻǝźƌƌĻƭboundaries)preferablyinRoseville.Inth <br />eeventthatsucha <br />meetingspaceisnotavailabletheapplicantshallarrangeforthemeetingtobe <br />heldattheCityHallCampus. <br />4)Invitations:Theapplicantshallprepareaprintedinvitationidentifyingthedate, <br />time,place,andpurposeoftheopenhouseandshallmailtheinvitationtothe <br />recipientsinalistpreparedandprovidedinelectronicformatbyCommunity <br />DevelopmentDepartmentstaff.Therecipientswillincludepropertyowners <br />withinthepublichearingnotificationareaestablishedinChapter108oftheCity <br />Code,membersofthePlanningCommissionandCityCouncil,andother <br />communitymemberswhohaveregisteredtoreceivetheinvitations.The <br />invitationshallclearlyidentifythename,phonenumber,andemailaddressof <br />thehostoftheopenhousetobecontactedbyinviteeswhohavequestionsbut <br />areunabletoattendtheopenhouse.Theinvitationsshallalsoincludea <br />sentencethatissubstantiallythesameasthefollowing: <br />Thisopenhousemeetingisanimportantsourceoffeedbackfromnearby <br />propertyownersandisarequiredstepintheprocessofseekingCityapprovalfor <br />theproposed\[zoningmapchange/interimuse\].Asummaryofthecomments <br />andquestionsraisedattheopenhousemeetingwillbesubmittedtotheCityas <br />partoftheformalapplication. <br />5)Summary:Awrittensummaryoftheopenhouseshallbesubmittedasa <br />necessarycomponentofanapplicationforapprovalofapreliminaryplatin <br />supportofaType3subdivision.Thesummaryshallincludealistofpotential <br />issues/concernsandanypossiblemitigationsorresolutionsforresolvingthe <br />issue(s)and/orconcern(s).Citizensarealsoencouragedtosubmittheirown <br />summaryofthemeetinghighlightingconcerns/issuesandanymitigationsand <br />resolutions. <br />b.Application:Theownerofpropertyforwhichapreliminaryplatisproposedshallfile <br />anapplicationforapprovalofthepreliminaryplatbypayingthefeesetforthin <br />Chapter314ofthisCodeandsubmittingacompletedapplicationformand <br />supportingdocumentsassetforthontheapplicationform.Completeapplications <br /> <br />
