be submitted by the applicant (failure to provide a complete tree preservation plan set shall <br />be grounds to deem an application incomplete): <br />1. The tree preservation plans shall be prepared and sianed by a de�reed forester or <br />certi�ed arborist. <br />2. The preparation date of all tree preservation plan components shall not precede the date <br />of application by more than two (2) years. <br />3. The tree preservation plan set shall consist of four (4) components. <br />a. An overall tree inventory including the following information: <br />i. Location, diameter, unique identifier, and species of all trees on the site; <br />ii. Location, diameter, unique identifier, and species of all adiacent significant trees <br />on adiacent property whose typical root protection zone extends on to the subject <br />ro er . <br />iii. Trees on the subiect property shall be tag�ed and numbered with the unique <br />identifier assigned to the tree as part of the overall tree inventorv. <br />b. A disturbance plan showin� the overall tree inventory in relation to the following and <br />including: <br />i. Identification of which � inventoried trees are: <br />1. Protected, preserved, or undisturbed; <br />2. Removed or disturbed (the typical root protection zone will be impacted); and <br />3. Exempt f per Section 1011.04(E)(4)1. <br />ii. Proposed �radin� contours of the site. <br />iii. Proposed location of buildin� pads and other impervious surfaces being installed. <br />iv. Proposed disturbance zones (due to construction, �rading, utility installations and <br />other development activities) as identified bv cross-hatchin� or gray-colored <br />shadin� on the plan. <br />v. Identification of tree protection zones: <br />1. At a minimum, plans must identifv the typical root protection zone for all <br />inventoried trees except those proposed for removal. <br />2. At the discretion of the applicant, �reater protection mav be provided to <br />individual trees by identifving a tree's unique dripline as the protection zone; <br />in no instance shall a dripline provide less protection than a typical root <br />protection zone. <br />vi. Proposed locations and details of tree protection fencin� to be installed for all <br />trees to be preserved. <br />c. A final plantin� plan showing: <br />i. The final inventory of existing trees to remain on-site followin� completion of all <br />development activities. <br />ii. Loeaiion, diameter, and species of all proposed replacement trees in confor�nance <br />with Section 1011.04(J). <br />
