SECTION 4: Title 2, Chapter 207.01 of the Roseville City Code is ainended as follows: <br />207.01: ESTABLISHMENT AND MEMSERSHIP: <br />There is established an ethics commission of the City which shall consist of one rnember <br />fi•oin each ���-etl���}--City advisory cominission��=��'��°�� � "*��"��� *�,� �'�*���'����,^�' <br />and which shall be subject to Chapter 201 of the City Code. <br />The ethics commission shall hold an annual meetina and otherwise meet on an as-needed <br />basis or when an ethics complaint is filed. <br />SECTION 4: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and <br />publication. <br />
