Accommodation of higher development intensity in areas where infrastructure and <br />other systems are capable of providing appropriate levels of public services- and <br />'� � subsequently lower intensity in areas where such services are inadequate; or where <br />"' natural features require protection and/or preservation. <br />�� <br />� <br />i023.02: CNiTdATIO1Y OF P170CEEAINCS <br />The owner of property on which a PUD is proposed shall file the applicabfe application for <br />approval of the PUD by paying the fee(s) set forth in Chapter 314 of this Code and submitting a <br />completed application form and supporting documents as set forth on the application form and <br />within this Section. Complete applications shall be reviewed by City Commissions as deemed <br />necessary by the Community Development Department, including a public hearing before the <br />Planning Commission, and be acted upon by the City Counci] according to the process set forth in <br />Chapter 108 of this Code. If a proposed PUD is denied, any subsequent application for a <br />substantially similar PUD within one (1) year of the date of denial shall fully address afl findings <br />which supported the denial prior to being accepted as complete. <br />Pa�s� 2 uf �6 <br />
