Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, April 11, 2016 <br />Page 5 <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, authorizing the Fire Department to enter into a <br />Training Agreement between the East Metro Public Safety Training Facility and <br />the City of Roseville. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />e. Award Pavement Management (PMP) Contract <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11311 (Attachment <br />A) entitled, "Resolution Awarding Bids for 2016 Pavement Management Project; <br />awarding bid to T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc. of No. St. Paul, MN in an amount not <br />to exceed $2,737,436.80. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />f. Cleveland Lift Station Consultant Contract <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, awarding an engineering services contract to <br />Bolton & Menlc, Inc. for engineering services for reconstruction of the Wagner <br />sanitary sewer lift station, in an amount not to exceed $51,530.00. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />g. Morris Leatherman Survey Contract <br />Councilmember Laliberte noted previous discussion on some survey questions <br />tagged for quick responses (e.g. recycling) and asked if those had been clearly <br />identified. <br />City Manager Trudgeon responded that they had been tagged, including those <br />specific to recycling, to inform the Recycling RFP in process. City Manager <br />Trudgeon further reported that it was his understanding, once this contract re- <br />ceived approval from the City Council, the finn could begin surveying next week, <br />with preliminary answers hopefully available by June of 2016. <br />Councilmember Laliberte noted an incorrect date on the survey agreement (page <br />2, Section 2, Line 29); duly noted by City Manager Trudgeon for correction. <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to <br />execute an agreement (Attachment A) with The Morris Leatherman Company to <br />provide residential survey services. <br />
