Consider Renewing the IT Shared Service Agreement with the Anoka Coun- <br />ty Joint Law Enforcement Council (JLEC) <br />McGehee inoved, Etten seconded, approval of the Information technology Shared <br />Service Agreement (Anolca County Contract No. C0004847-Attachment A) with <br />the Anoka County JLEC for the purposes of sharing a City of Roseville System <br />Engineer employee and internet connection. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />i. Receive Authorization to Accept Minnesota Department of Public Safety <br />Grant Funds — Financial Crimes Presentation <br />Councilmember Laliberte thanked the Police Department for applying for this <br />grant. <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, authorizing acceptance of grant funding from <br />the Minnesota Department of Public Safety and proceed with the purchase of fi- <br />nancial criines prevention outreach and education materials; and authorizing the <br />Mayor and City Manager to execute the Agreement (Attachment B). <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />10. Consider Items Removed from Consent <br />11. General Ordinances for Adoption <br />a. Adopt an Ordinance Creating Planned Unit Development (PUD) Standards <br />within the City Code <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke briefly reviewed revisions to the PUD ordinance <br />based on feedbacic based on previous City Council meeting discussion and direc- <br />tion to staff. Upon the City Council's concurrence, Mr. Paschke advised that staff <br />recommended approval of the ordinance as drafted, as well as a summary ordi- <br />nance for publication, all detailed in the RCA dated April 11, 2016. <br />At the last Council discussion, Councilmember Willmus noted administrative <br />waiver of certain information if deemed unnecessary by staff at the Prelirninary <br />Plan stage, specifically spelling out submittal requirements process and staff's ra- <br />
