3. Enhanced Buffering <br /> Along property lines that abut different use types, implementation of two or more of the <br /> following techniques: <br /> a. Structured Parking <br /> Inclusion of structure parking to minimize land area dedicated to vehicles thereby <br /> maximizing uses elsewhere on the property. <br /> 1023.09: PUD REVIEW PROCEDURE <br /> All requests to establish a PUD Overlay District shall be initiated by following the steps below. <br /> A. Developer Open House Required <br /> 1. Prior to submitting PUD Sketch Plan application for review,the applicant shall be <br /> required to hold a Developer Open House meeting in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Chapter 1102, Section 1102.01(B). <br /> 2. The written summary required by Chapter 1102, Section 1102.01(B)(5) shall be <br /> submitted to the City as a component of the subsequent PUD Sketch Plan application. <br /> B. PUD Sketch Plan <br /> 1. Purpose <br /> The PUD Sketch Plan is the next step in the public engagement process,which gives the <br /> developer an opportunity to present their ideas to the City Council and the public so as to <br /> gain general feedback on areas that will require additional analysis, study,design,and <br /> changes. Feedback gained during the PUD Sketch Plan phase should be addressed within <br /> the subsequent PUD Concept Plan to be presented at a second required Developer Open <br /> House meeting prior to formal submittal. <br /> Page 6 of 15 <br />
