Proposed parks, common areas,and preservation easements(indicate public vs. <br /> private if applicable); <br /> x. General location of wooded areas or significant features(environmental, <br /> historical, cultural)of the parcel; <br /> xi. Location of utility systems that will serve the property;and <br /> xii. Any additional information that may explain the proposed PUD. <br /> 3. PUD Sketch Plan Proposal Review <br /> Upon receiving a PUD Sketch Plan application,the Community Development <br /> Department shall schedule a date upon which the City Council will review the Sketch <br /> Plan application and provide feedback to the applicant. <br /> a. During the meeting,the City Council may make comment on the merit, needed <br /> changes, and suggested conditions that the proposer should adhere to with any future <br /> application. <br /> b. Staff should identify information submittals that were waived so the City Council <br /> may determine if such is needed for PUD Concept Plan submittal. <br /> c. The City Council may take comment from the public as part of the meeting. <br /> d. The City Council shall make no formal decision as part of the consideration. The <br /> City Council's comments are explicitly not an approval or denial of the project,but <br /> are intended only to provide information for the applicant to consider prior to <br /> application for a possible PUD Concept Plan. <br /> C. Second Developer Open House Meeting Required <br /> 1. Prior to submitting a PUD Concept Plan application for review,the applicant shall be <br /> required to hold a second Developer Open House meeting in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Chapter 1102, Section 1102.01(B). <br /> 2. The written summary required by Chapter 1102, Section 1102.01(B)(5) shall be <br /> submitted to the City as a component of the subsequent PUD Concept Plan application. <br /> Page 8 of 15 <br />
