Ms. Collins stated the Commission would have a reception prior to the City Council <br />meeting for the winners. The reception has not been budgeted for. <br />It was the consensus of the Commissioner to budget $250 for the Essay Contest <br />reception to be held prior to the City Council meeting. <br />b. Other Items <br />There being none, Chair Groff moved to the next agenda item. <br />Future Agenda Items <br />Commissioner Slade asked when the Commission would want Second Chance to <br />make their presentation. <br />Chair Groff suggested scheduling their presentation for the Commission's March <br />meeting. <br />Ms. Collins stated at the next meeting, the Commission would also follow-up with the <br />film screening Youth Commission Cederberg was working on, the Summer Book <br />Read, and answer any questions the Commission may have on the Essay Contest. <br />Adiournment <br />Commissioner Slade moved and Commissioner Carey seconded a motion to <br />adjourn.
