Marcus Lowry stated there may be someone willing to fund the
purchase of the books and helping to bring in the author.
Commissioner Carey asked if the Summer Read would be open to all residents or
just High School students.
Youth Commissioner Cederberg suggested opening the program to residents.
It was the consensus of the Commission to direct Youth Commissioner Cederberg to
work on establishing three (3) dates for the Summer Book Club meetings.
Staff Reaort
a.
