NO�V THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to renz�v the <br />appro�al of the temporary classroom facility as an interim use in accordance �vith Section <br />� 1009.03 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the follo�vina conditions: <br />a. Until such time as a more coinprehensive storm �vater inana�ement system is <br />installed on the property, the applicant shall maintain the yard and the drain tile device, <br />�vhich �.�-as installed to satisfy the conditions of approval of the existing interim use, so as <br />to ensure the contintied, proper functioninQ of that required draina�e system; <br />b. The applicant shall �vork �vith yletropolitan Cotincil to address and resolve any <br />additional SAC obligation resulting fi�oin estended occupancy of the temporary classroom <br />facility, and shall provide Community Development Staff �vith documentation of ha��ina <br />satisfied anv additional SaC obligation, prior to the e�piration date of the 2013 interim <br />use approval, ���hich is �ugust 31, 2016; and <br />c.
