6. The City is approaching a scheduled 10-year review of its Comprehensive Plan <br />and Zoning Code classifications, on a city-wide basis, beginning in 2017. Possible <br />classification amendments to the subject property are best reserved for such future <br />process so that they may be considered in conjunction with city-wide review. <br />AND WHEREAS, said findings of fact underpinning the denial of the project were <br />reported to the applicant in a letter dated April 29, 2016. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, that the <br />applications discussed herein were denied as of Apri125, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus, <br />Etten, McGehee and Laliberte; and Roe voted against. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
