<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE,
<br />SECTIONS 307.01, LICENSES REQUIRED, 307.02, LICENSE FEE, 307.03, COMMERCIAL
<br />GENERAL CONTRACTORS, 307.04, QUALIFICATIONS, 307.05, REVOCATION OR
<br />SUSPENSION, 307.06, PERIOD OF SUSPENSION, 307.07, REVOCATION UPON
<br />VIOLATIONS, 307.08, FAILURE TO PAY CLAIM, 307.09, LIABILITY INSURANCE
<br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS:
<br />SECTION 1. Purpose: The Roseville City Code is hereby amended to modify/clarify specific
<br />requirements within the Roseville City Code, Sections 307.01, Licenses Required, 307.02, Fee, 307.03,
<br />Cominercial General Contractors, 307.04, Qualifications, 307.05, Revocation or Suspension, 307.06,
<br />Period of Suspension, 307.07, Revocation upon Violations, 307.08, Failure to Pay Claim, 307.09,
<br />Liability Insurance.
<br />SECTION 2. Sections 307.01, 307.02, 307.03, 307.04, 307.05, 307.06, 307.07, 307.08, and
<br />307.09 is hereby amended as follows:

<br />Licensing is required for all residential building and reinodelii�g contractors who provide only one
<br />service and all commercial building and remodeling contractors who are not required to have a State
<br />license. (1995 Code) Coinmon seivices rec�uiring liceizsure include, but are not limited to:
<br />A. Asphalt pavin�
<br />z4. B. Ceinent work, cement block work, ceinent block laving or brick work.
<br />� C. General construction including erection, alteration or repair of building.
<br />� D. Demolition of buildin�s.
<br />� E. Plasterin�, outside stucco work or lathin and dr.�

<br />� G. Gas installation includin _ heatin��pliances, devices or machinerv, etc.
