A license granted to a�eneral contractor shall include the riQht to perform all of the work included <br />in his/her general contract. Such license shall include any or all of the persons perfonning the work <br />which is classified and listed in Section 307.01, providin� that each person performing such work is <br />in the regular employ of such general contractor and qualified under State law and the provisions of <br />this Code to perfonn such work. In these cases, the �eneral contractor shall be responsible for all of <br />the work so performed. <br />B. Subcontractors on any work shall be required to comply with the Sections of this Code pertaining to <br />license, bond, qualifications, etc. for their particular type of work. Application: A completed and si�ned application shall be submitted to the Colninunitv <br />Development Departinent on fonns furnished bv the Cityo uf Roseville. <br />B. License Fee: Payment of the license fee as established in the City Fee Schedule prior to issuance of <br />such license. <br />C. Liability Insurance: Before a contractor license shall be issued, the a�plicant shall provide a <br />certificate of liabilitv insurance. <br />a. An�person holdin� a license under Section 307.01 shall file with the Coinmunity <br />Developinent Department policies of public liability and property dama�e which shall retnain <br />and be in force and effect during the entire tenn of said license and which shall contain a <br />provision that they shall not be cancelled without ten days written notice to fl�e Cit� <br />b.
