The requested variance p�rtains to the size of the proposed support btiilding, which qs <br />the sarne size as would be proposed in any location, anti is therefore unrelated to the <br />�vhether the subject property is constrained b} uni�ue circurnstances; and <br />While the proposed tel�ecommunication support building would be larger than tivhat <br />wauld be allowed under the standard zoning req�irements, apgroval of the requested <br />varian�e wou�d not negati�ely alter the character of ihe telecomm�nication tower <br />facility within City Hail Campus because the propased building would be lacated at <br />an exlsting telecommunication co`n+er facility and mu5t be designed to a significantly <br />higher aesthetic standarci than any of the previous installations already on site. <br />NOW �'HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Baard, to approve <br />the requested variance to the construction of a 322-square-foot telecomr��unication support <br />buildin�; as pra�osed. <br />The motion for the adaption of the foregoing resolutian was duly s�concied by Varianc� <br />Board Mernber Cunningharn and upon vate being taken thereon, the foliowing voted in favor: <br />Bo�uszewski, Cunningham, and Murphy; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPQN said resolution w�s declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
