• Staff will hold a public open house on May 19 to discuss street improvements to <br /> Lincoln Drive/Terrace Ave and Lincoln Drive/County Rd C2. <br /> • Recycling RFP <br /> ■ Received 4 Request for Proposals <br /> ■ Scheduled to bring to Council July 11. <br /> • Surface Water Management Plan Update RFP <br /> ■ Proposals due May 20. <br /> Ramsey County Transportation Projects; <br /> • Victoria Avenue Resurfacing, County Road B —County Rd B2 <br /> o The mill and overlay should be completed and opened to traffic by May 20. <br /> Minnesota Department of Transportation Projects; <br /> • Lexington Avenue Bridge Construction <br /> o Lexington Avenue is scheduled to be closed beginning May 31. <br /> Metro Transit A Line BRT Project: <br /> • A kick-off event for the start of BRT service has been scheduled for Saturday, June 1 lth. <br /> Major Maintenance Activities: <br /> • Public Works assisted in paving the parking lot at B-Dale Club. <br /> • Contractor completed centerline painting. <br /> • Delineators are up on the pathway on County B from Cleveland to Eustis. <br /> • Water break concrete contractor has completed the Water breaks concrete curbs and <br /> panels. <br /> • Ongoing sign work. <br /> • Ongoing general pavement patching continues. <br /> • Continue working on meter repairs and replacements. We are down to 39 meters needing <br /> an upgrade to the new meter and radio. <br /> • The contractor continued working at the St. Croix storm water lift station. Asphalt has <br /> been laid and waiting in black dirt and seed for the remainder of the site. <br /> • Collected bacteriological water samples. <br /> • Continued with the 2016 sanitary sewer cleaning program. <br /> • Seasonal employees have been hired and began the 2016 hydrant flushing program. <br /> • Repaired a broken water main in the parking lot of City Hall. <br /> Attachments: <br /> A: 2016 Project Map <br />
