Introduction/Call Roll/Swearing in of New Members <br /> 2 Vice Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and <br /> 3 Public Works Director Mark Culver called the roll. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 Swearing in of New Member <br /> 6 Vice Chair Cihacek administered the Oath of Office to newly-appointed PWETC <br /> 7 member Thomas Trainor and, along with his colleagues, welcomed <br /> 8 Commissioner Trainer to the PWETC. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 As way of introduction, each commissioner provided a brief biography and their <br /> 11 levels of interest through serving on the PWETC. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Present: Vice Chair Brian Cihacek; and Members John Heimerl, Kody <br /> 14 Thurnau, Sarah Brodt Lenz, Joe Wozniak, Thomas Trainor, and <br /> 15 Duane Seigler <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Staff Present: Assistant Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer and <br /> 18 City Engineer Luke Sandstrom <br /> 19 <br /> 20 2. Election of Officers <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Chair <br /> 23 Member Lenz moved nomination of, and Member Wozniak seconded, <br /> 24 appointment of Member Cihacek to serve as Chair of the PWETC for the term of <br /> 25 one year. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Member Cihacek accepted the appointment. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Ayes: 7 <br /> 30 Nays: 0 <br /> 31 Motion carried. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Vice Chair <br /> Page 1 of 17 <br />
