Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, May 9, 2016 <br />Page 18 <br />SE Roseville visioning process and Economic Development initiatives as part of the <br />City's PPP Infrastructure priorities. <br />17. Councilmember-Initiated Items for Future Meetings <br />Councilmember Laliberte noted her previously request for an update on the organization- <br />al chart and status of the City's Administrative and Community Development Depart- <br />inents, both temporary and permanent positions and their related costs for those changes. <br />City Manager Trudgeon reported that he was working on the project, but it was not yet <br />completed for presentation. <br />Councilmember Etten announced the date and times for the next Cominunity Discussion <br />and Connection with Neighbors opportunity on May 14t�', sponsored by the Lake McCar- <br />rons Neighborhood Association, Advocates for Human Rights, and the City of Roseville. <br />Mayor Roe noted discussions this �veek and exchanges regarding the Unifonn Commis- <br />sion Code and the City Council Rules of Procedure as it related to advisory coininissions. <br />In reviewing past discussions and intent at the time of adoption, Mayor Roe suggested the <br />latter document be revised to simply "Rules of Order" seeking compliance for advisory <br />coinmissions without changing the ordinance. <br />City Manager Trudgeon duly noted that request. <br />18.
