The proposed amendment would allow 3,000 square feet of building footprint and paved surface <br />14 <br />on a minimum-sized LDR-2 lot, which is comparable to the allowance of the same improvements <br />15 <br />on minimum-sized LDR-1 and MDR lots. The detailed staff analysis of the application, as <br />16 <br />presented in the Request for Planning Commission Action, and supporting documentation is <br />17 <br />included with this RCA as Exhibit A. <br />18 <br />PC <br />UBLIC OMMENT <br />19 <br />The public hearing for the proposed zoning amendment was held by the Planning Commission <br />20 <br />on May 4, 2016; draft minutes of the public hearing are included with this RCA as part of <br />21 <br />Exhibit A.
