<br />Attachment A <br />The County will provide the cost for the 2019-2020calendar years <br />49 <br />to the City no later than April 1, 2018. The County will base the cost <br />50 <br />for the 2019-2020 budget period on the actual cost for the previous <br />51 <br />similar election years, adjusted as necessary by the County to <br />52 <br />account for the following factors: 1) estimated voter turnout; 2) labor <br />53 <br />contracts and agreements for non-represented employees <br />54 <br />approved by the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners; 3) <br />55 <br />changes in the Consumer Price Index for the Minneapolis-Saint <br />56 <br />Paul metropolitan area, as determined by the U.S. Bureau of Labor <br />57 <br />Statistics for the previous two-year period; 4) changes in state, <br />58 <br />federal, County or City legal requirements, as applicable; and 5) <br />59 <br />other factors having a significant impact on election costs. <br />60 <br /> <br />61 <br />14. Entire Agreement <br />62 <br /> <br />63 <br />64 <br />), shall constitute the entire <br />65 <br />agreement between the parties and shall supersede all other oral <br />66 <br />and written communications.
