RA <br />ECOMMENDEDCTIONS <br />62 <br />Adopt a resolution approving the Wheaton Woods final plat <br /> of Ramsey County PINs 02-29- <br />63 <br />23-44-0065, -0066, and -0067,dated April 18, 2016, based on the findings and recommendation <br />64 <br />of this RCA, public input, and City Council deliberation, subject to the following condition: <br />65 <br />eMarch 28, 2016, approval of the <br />66 <br />Wheaton Woods preliminary plat, the City Council will accept park dedication of cash in lieu of <br />67 <br />land. Because the proposed 17-lot plat would create 14 new building sites in the subject land area <br />68 <br />and the 2016 Fee Schedule establishes a park dedication amount of $3,500 per residential unit, <br />69 <br />payment of the $49,000 park dedication shall be made by the applicant before the signed final <br />70 <br />plat is released for recording at Ramsey County. <br />71 <br />AA <br /> <br />LTERNATIVE CTIONS <br />72 <br /> <br />A)Pass a motion to table the item for future action. <br /> Tabling beyond May 31, 2016, may <br />73 <br />require an agreement to extend the 60-day action deadline established in Minn.
