The new street shall be 650 feet more or less of 32 foot <br />33 <br />wide (face to face) bituminous street with type B618 curb and gutter. Parking will <br />34 <br />be allowed on both sides of the street. The typical section of pavement for the <br />35 <br />streets shall be 7-ton design. <br />36 <br /> <br />b.Unusable material within the roadway shall be removed by the Developer. <br />37 <br /> <br />c.All subgrade excavation and filling shall be completed by the Developer in <br />38 <br />39 <br />the approved site grading and drainage plans. <br />40 <br /> <br />d.The City reserves the right to test as necessary, at the Developer's expense, all <br />41 <br />grading work. A test roll of the street subgrade shall be passed prior to acceptance <br />42 <br />of the subgrade work by the City. <br />43 <br /> <br />3.Landscaping Plan: The Landscaping shown on the Landscaping Plan shall be constructed <br />44 <br />in accordance with specifications and the City approved Public Improvement <br />45 <br />Construction Plans. <br />46 <br /> <br />4.Watermain construction: The Developer shall construct all watermain determined by the <br />47 <br />City to be necessary to serve the Property, including hydrants and individual lot services. <br />48 <br /> <br />a.All watermain improvements and hydrants shall be constructed in accordance <br />49 <br />with City details, specifications, and the Public Improvement Construction Plans. <br />50 <br /> <br />5.Sanitary sewer construction: The Developer shall construct all sanitary sewer pipes <br />51 <br />determined to be necessary by the City to serve the Property, including individual lot <br />52 <br />services. <br />53 <br /> <br />a.All sanitary sewers shall be constructed in accordance with City details, <br />54 <br />specifications, and the City approved Public Improvement Construction Plans. <br />55 <br /> <br />b.Unused sanitary sewer service stubs on Dale Street shall be removed per City <br />56 <br />policy. <br />57 <br /> <br />6.Storm sewer construction: The Developer shall construct all storm sewer improvements <br />58 <br />determined to be necessary by the City to serve the Property, including the construction of <br />59 <br />outlet control structures and flared end sections. <br />60 <br /> <br />a.Storm sewer facilities, including ponds and infiltration basins, shall be <br />61 <br />constructed in accordance with City details, specifications, and the City approved <br />62 <br />Public Improvement Construction Plans. <br />63 <br /> <br />b.Infiltration basins shall be protected from silt during construction.
