Set Date for I-35W Managed Lane Public Hearing <br />Willmus moved, Laliberte seconded, adopted Resolution No. 11328 (Attachment <br />A) entitled, "Resolution Ordering Public Hearing for Municipal Consent of I-35W <br />Managed Lane Project Final Layout;" scheduled at the July 25, 2016 City Council <br />meeting. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />9. Consider Items Removed from Consent <br />i. Authorize Purchase Agreement to Purchase Property located at Zero Cleve- <br />land Avenue <br />At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly reviewed this item <br />as detailed in the Request for Council Action and related attachments, dated June <br />13, 2016. City Manager Trudgeon clarified that this would be only a first step to <br />acquire the property, and prior to any development of the parcels, community dis- <br />cussions would definitely take place. <br />At the request of Mayor Roe, Parks & Recreation Director Lonnie Brolcke dis- <br />played a Parks Master Plan update map of the parcels. <br />Councilmember Laliberte advised that she had asked for removal of this item <br />from the consent agenda as she felt it didn't belong there without public discus- <br />
