Introduction/ Call Roll/ Swearing in of New Members <br /> Vice Chair Lenz called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and <br /> Assistant Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer called the roll. <br /> Present: Vice Chair Sarah Brodt Lenz; and Members Joe Wozniak, John <br /> Heimerl, Thomas Trainor, and Duane Seigler; with Chair Brian <br /> Cihacek arriving at approximately 6:35 p.m. <br /> Excused: Member Kody Thurnau <br /> Staff Present: Assistant Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer and <br /> Environmental Engineer Ryan Johnson <br /> 2. Public Comments <br /> None. <br /> Vice Chair Lenz announced vacancies on the Human Rights and Community <br /> Engagement Commissions, along with the appointment process and schedule. <br /> Chair Cihacek arrived at this time, approximately 6:35 p.m. and Vice Chair Lenz <br /> turned the gavel over to him. <br /> 3. Election of Ethics Commission Member <br /> With no other PWETC members expressing interesting in serving on the Ethics <br /> Commission, Chair Cihacek volunteered to do so, and without objection he was <br /> so appointed. <br /> 4.
