City of <br />�l <br />�� Minnesota, USA <br />Regular City Council Meeting Minutes <br />City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Monday, July 25, 2016 <br />1. Roll Call <br />Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br />Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br />and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />3. Approve Agenda <br />Councilmember Etten requested removal of Item 8.i from the Consent Agenda for sepa- <br />rate consideration. <br />Councilmember Laliberte questioned why supporting documentation wasn't included <br />with Consent Item 8.c; with City Manager advising with renewals, staff typically didn't <br />include the supporting document that was supplied with new license applications. <br />McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe <br />Nays: None. <br />4. Public Comment <br />Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br />items. No one appeared to speak. <br />5. Council and City Manager Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br />Mayor Roe announced the upcoming initial meeting to receive public input in the process <br />of considering broad issues, concerns and opportunities in the area of SE Roseville <br />Mayor Roe noted this meeting was a partnership of the Cities of Roseville, St. Paul and <br />Maplewood, Ramsey County and the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce for considera- <br />tion of improvements along the Rice Street and Larpenteur Avenue corridor. <br />Mayor Roe announced in-person absentee voting dates and hours at Roseville City Hall <br />for the upcoming August primary; and contact information for questions or additional in- <br />formation. <br />Councilmember Laliberte asked that staff also notify the Twin Cities North Chamber of <br />Commerce about the SE Roseville community dialogue meeting as they had also ex- <br />pressed interest in participating. <br />
