City Council Update: <br />• Storm Water Impact Fund <br />o Council delayed approving the storm water impact fund. <br />• Impervious Surface Coverage <br />o Council will be reviewing impervious pervious coverage for different zoned lots <br />at the August 22 meeting. <br />Owasso Private Drive <br />o Installation of PaveDrain storm water system on Owasso Private Drive <br />o Council ordered the preparation of plans and specification. <br />o Anticipate bidding the project this winter for Spring 2017 construction <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation Projects: <br />• Lexington Avenue Bridge Construction <br />o Lexington Avenue will be closed through September. <br />Ramsey County Projects: <br />• Lexington Avenue Bridge Construction <br />o Lexington Avenue will be closed through September. <br />Major Maintenance Activities: <br />• Started tree trimming ahead of pathway maintenance <br />• Mowing right of way <br />• Ongoing general pavement patching continues. <br />• Crack sealing ongoing <br />• Grading and removals for new sidewalk on Dale Street and on Lincoln Drive <br />• Continue working on meter repairs and replacements.
