4. WHEREAS, as part of the City of Roseville Police Department's application <br />process for Minnesota Court Data Services, the City must execute a Master <br />Subscriber Agreement and Request form. <br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Roseville authorizes Rick Mathwig, Chief of <br />Police, to execute the Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court Data <br />Services for Governmental Agencies along with the Request Form for Minnesota <br />Government Access Login Account. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was seconded by Council Member <br />Etten and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus, <br />Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br />Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
