Introduction/ Call Roll <br /> Vice Chair Brodt Lenz called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and <br /> at his request, Public Works Director Marc Culver called the roll. <br /> Present: Chair Brian Cihacek; Vice Chair Sarah Brodt Lenz; and Members <br /> Joe Wozniak, John Heimerl, Kody Thurnau, Thomas Trainor, and <br /> Duane Seigler <br /> Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver; Civil Engineer Luke <br /> Sandstrom, and Environmental Engineer Ryan Johnson <br /> 2. Public Comments <br /> None. <br /> 3. Approval of June 28, 2016 Meeting Minutes <br /> Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br /> commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into <br /> the draft presented in meeting materials. <br /> Public Works Director Culver briefly summarized minor corrections received <br /> from commissioners to-date that had been incorporated into the draft meeting <br /> minutes. <br /> Member Wozniak moved, Member Thurnau seconded, approval of the June 28, <br /> 2016 meeting minutes as amended. <br /> Ayes: 7 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 4. Communication Items <br /> Public Works Director Culver provided additional comments and a brief review <br /> and update on projects and maintenance activities listed in the staff report dated <br /> July 26, 2016. <br /> Page 1 of 19 <br />
