Essay Contest Update. <br />22 <br />23 <br />Commissioner Slade moved and Commissioner Christiansen seconded a motion to approve <br />24 <br />the January 20, 2016 agenda as amended. Motion passed unanimously. <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />Approve Minutes of December Meeting <br />28 <br />29 <br />Commissioner Christiansen stated on page 2, line 74 insert the word “International” after <br />30 <br />“December 10”, page 3, line 107 stated this comment had been made by Ms. Collins rather than <br />31 <br />Commissioner Slade, line 127 change the word “clarified” to “asked if”, line 130 insert the word <br />32 <br />“replied” after Chair Groff”. <br />33 <br />34 <br />Ms. Collins suggested using the word “indicated that” instead of “replied” to avoid the minutes <br />35 <br />being conversational. <br />36 <br />37 <br />Commissioner Christiansen stated on page 4, line 139 change “other Commissions” to <br />38 <br />“Community Engagement Commission”. <br />39 <br />40 <br />Youth Commissioner Cederberg added to line 9 “Youth Commissioner Cederberg has not been <br />41 <br />contacted in regards to the December meeting date change from December 16 to December 9. <br />42 <br />Youth Commissioner Cederberg's contact information had not been properly entered into the <br />43 <br />exchange server so emails to Youth Commissioner Cederberg had bounced and were not <br />44 <br />received in his inbox.” <br />45 <br />46 <br /> <br />
