Motion passed unanimously. <br />22 <br /> <br />23 <br />Approve Minutes of January Meeting <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br /> 234 <br />26 <br />27 <br /> <br />28 <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br />30 <br /> <br />31 <br /> <br />32 <br />Commissioner Slade stated in line 363 the short presentation would be at a future meeting not the <br />33 <br />Essay Contest Award Ceremony. <br />34 <br /> <br />35 <br />Commissioner Slade moved and Commissioner Christiansen seconded a motion to approve <br />36 <br />the January 20, 2016 meeting minutes as amended. Motion passed unanimously. <br />37 <br /> <br />38 <br />Public Comment on Items Not on Agenda <br /> <br />39 <br /> <br />40 <br />Mr. Gary Greffenberg stated as a citizen of Roseville he wanted to make the Commission aware <br />41 <br />of private conversations and comments in public forums that concerned him. During discussions <br />42 <br />on a project that would bring market rate and subsidized housing to Roseville there were those <br />43 <br />that advocated against this because, in his view, these people did not want subsidized rental <br />44 <br />homes in their neighborhoods. The Human Rights laws prohibit discrimination based on public <br />45 <br /> <br /> <br />
