Item 8h: Attachment operation of the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility for a period of 6 years fi-om the date such operation is initiated. Section 7.05 Inspections by State Entity. Upon reasonable request by the State Entity and without interferinD with the normal use of the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility, the Public Entiry shall allo�v, and will require any entiry to �vhom it leases, subleases, or enters into a Use Contract for any portion of the Rea1 Property and, if applicable, Facility to allow the State Entity to inspect the Rea1 Property and, iF applicable, Facility. Section 7.06 Data Practices. The Public Entity a�rees with respect to any data that it possesses rejardin� the Pro�ram Grant, the Project, or the operation of the Real Property and, if applicable, Faciliry, to comply with all of the provisions and restrictions contained in the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act contained in Chapter 13 of the Minnesota Statutes that exists as of the date of this A�reement and as such may subsequently be amended, modified or replaced from time to time. Section 7.07 Non-Discrimination. The Public Entity a;rees to not en�age in discriminatory employtnent practices regardin� the Project, or operation or mana�ement of the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility, and it sha11, �vith respect to such activities, fully comply �vith all of the provisions contained in Chapters 363A and 181 of the Nlinnesota Statutes that exist as of the date of this A�-eement and as such may subsec�uently be amended, moditied or replaced from time to time. Section 7.08 �ti'orker's Compensation. The Public Entity a� ees to comply �vith all oF the provisions relatin, to worker's compzns�tion contained in Nlinn. Stat. S� 176.181, subd. ? and 176.18�, as they may be amended, modiFied or replaced from time to time, ��ith respect to the Project and the operation or mana�ement of the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility. Section 7.09 Antitrust Claims. The Public Entity hereby assi�ns to the State Entiry and the Commissioner of NIVIB all claims it may have for overchar�es as to goods or services provided tivith respect to the Project, and operation or mana;ement of the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility that arise under the antitrust Iaws of the State of iVlinnesota or of the United States of America. Section 7.10 Revie�v of Plans and Cost Estimates. The Public Entity a�rees to comply with all applicable provisions and requirements, if any, contained in Nlinn. Stat. § 16B.33�, as it may be amended, modified or replaced from time to time, for the Project, and in accordance therewith the Public Entity agrees to comply with the followin; provisions and requirements if such provisions and requirements are applicable. A. The Public Entity shall provide all information that the State Entity may request in order for the State Entity to dztermine that the Project will comply with the provisions and requirements contained in Minn.
