Cedarholm Golf Course Clubhouse Replacement Process <br />A Resident Advisory Team was organized to engage the community and implement a <br />planning process that will explore topics such as clubhouse size, function, use, possible <br />partnerships and funding options. This process was guided by the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission with Commissioners Gelbach and Stoner serving as representatives. Updates <br />were provided at each monthly meeting. <br /> <br />A public review meeting of the final report and recommendations was held on Tuesday, <br />August 16, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lexington Park Building (agenda attached). <br /> <br />A small group of the Advisory Team met on August 24, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall to <br />finalize the report based on the public review meeting recommendations. <br /> <br />Dave Holt, Advisory Team Facilitator will be at your meeting to present the teams Final <br />Report. <br /> <br />It is anticpated that a similar report will be made to the City Council on Monday, September <br />26, 2016 or Monday, October 10, 2016. You are all invited to attend this presentation. <br /> <br />The final draft of the Resident Advisory Team’s report has been included for your review <br />and feedback. <br /> <br />Thank you to Facilitator Dave Holt for his leadership during this in-depth process and to the <br />entire Advisory Team for their interest, time and expertise. It is very much appreciated. <br /> <br />Thank you to Commissioners Gelbach, Stoner and the entire Parks and Recreation <br />Commission for continued advice along the way. <br /> <br />Thank you to the Roseville City Council for continued clear guidance to Facilitator Dave <br />Holt, Parks and Recreation Commission and the Advisory Team. <br /> <br />Thank you to Assistant Director Jill Anfang for her detailed lead staff role, to Sean <br />McDonagh, Steve Anderson, Jeff Evenson and Dani Christensen for their significant part <br />and to the entire Parks and Recreation staff for their ongoing input. <br /> <br />Thank you to all and the Roseville Community for participating and weighing in on the <br />process along the way. <br />Requested Commission Action: Review, provide feedback and consider a <br />recommendation to the City Council.
