With heights limited to 35 feet and 40 feet respectively, the existing 25 foot rear- <br />ЊЉЉ <br />yard setback is greater than the proposal so no additional requirements would be <br />ЊЉЊ <br />needed. <br />ЊЉЋ <br />In the RB district, with a maximum building height of 65 feet, adding the “50% of <br />ЊЉЌ <br />building height or greater” requirement would provide additional side-yard setback <br />ЊЉЍ <br />when proposed buildings are over 20 feet in height.
