All uses shall be subject to Business Park Design Standards as <br />specified in Section 1010. <br /> <br />2. Maximum Floor Area Ratio: No maximum floor area ratio is required. <br />A minimum floor area ratio shall be 0.5 achievable in stages through a <br />planned unit development. A maximum floor area ratio shall be 0.75 <br />unless increased within the planned unit development agreement. <br /> <br />3. Setbacks: <br /> <br />a. Front Yard Setback: Unless specified otherwise in the <br />planned unit development agreement, the front yard setback <br />shall be thirty feet (30'); the minimum front yard setback for <br />parking from a public right of way shall be a minimum of <br />fifteen feet (15'), with landscape screening and/or berming to <br />a height of 36 inches above the parking lot curb as required <br />in Section 1010.. <br /> <br />b.
