City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1512 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SELECTED TEXT OF THE ROSEVILLE <br />CITY CODE, TITLE 9, CHAPTER 902, FIRE PREVENTION <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Purpose: The Roseville City Code is hereby amended to modify/clarify specific <br />requirements of the Roseville City Code, Title 9, Chapter 902, Fire Prevention. <br />SECTION 2. (2015�9-9�--Code) (Ord. 1289, 8-4-2003, eff 1-1-2004) <br />902.02 : ESTABLISHMENT AND DUTIES OF FIRE MARSHAL (s) 19: _ <br />A. The Minnesota State Fire Code shall be enforced by the office of the Fire Chief "� <br />of the City. <br />B. The Fire Marshal �sha11 be appointed by the Fire Chief. (Ord. 976, 6-24-85) <br />C. Whenever the term State Fire Marshal or Fire Chief appear in the Minnesota State <br />Fire Code, it shall include the Fire Marshal �of the City.
