Authorization of Joint Fuel Purchase for City Fleet <br />Councilmember Laliberte referenced 2016 budget and year-to-date actual expend- <br />itures for this annual line item, and asked staff to provide additional information <br />in a more detailed report of fuel consumption and actual savings to-date in 2016 <br />through this contract. <br />City Manager Trudgeon duly noted this request. <br />Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of participation in joint purchase of <br />fleet fuel for 2017 as part of the State of Minnesota contract. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />Issuance of 1-4 Day Temporary On-Sale Liquor License <br />Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of a Temporary Liquor License appli- <br />cation as requested for Bent Brewstillery, located at 1744 Terrace Drive, for an <br />event they will be hosting on October 27 — 29, 2016, that will entail selling spirits <br />on site. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />9.
