Approve Consent Agenda <br />At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly reviewed those items being <br />considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Requests far Council <br />Action (RCA) dated October 10, 2016 and related attachments. <br />a.
