McCarrons 21 Boulevard 22 23 24WHEREAS, Evelyn Sands (the “Seller”) is an owner of real estate located at 196 S. 25McCarrons Boulevard, Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesotalegally described in the 26Agreement as hereinafter defined (the “Property”); and 27 28WHEREAS, the Roseville Economic Development Authority, a public body corporate 29and politic (the “EDA”) desires to purchase the Property from the Seller; and 30 31WHEREAS, the EDA has followed applicable statutory provisions and the EDA finds that 32the purchase of the Property will fulfill the objectives, goals and mission of the EDA, and 33specifically that the purchase of the Property is necessary to carry out a housing replacement 34project; and 35 36WHEREAS, the EDA has caused to be prepared an offer and purchase agreement (the 37“Agreement”) providing for the terms of the conveyance of the Property from the Seller to 38the EDA, with such Agreement being as set forth in Exhibit Aand incorporated into and 39made a part of this Resolution. 40 41NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the 42Roseville Economic Development Authority, Minnesota, as follows: 43 441.The recitals set forth in this Resolution are incorporated into and made a part 45of this Resolution.
