Attachment D <br />1.All semi-trailer storage/parking must be a minimum of 10 feet from a side or rear <br />124 <br />property line. To satisfy the requirement a site specific striping plan must be <br />125 <br />submitted for review and approval by the Planning Division. <br />126 <br />2.The applicant shall work with the Planning Division on a final <br />127 <br />landscape/screening plan. This must be submitted and approved by the Planning <br />128 <br />Division as a component of the site improvement permit. <br />129 <br />3.The applicant must submit a vehicle site circulation plan that is reviewed and <br />130 <br />approved by the City. The site must be inspected at least once a year for <br />131 <br />compliance with the plan and if found to be non-compliant, measures shall be <br />132 <br />taken to comply. <br />133 <br />4.The property owner is allowed in the future to raze the existing Crown Iron dock <br />134 <br />facility and replace the structure with additional semi-trailer storage/parking. <br />135 <br />5.Any site improvements shall meet all other requirements of the Zoning Code, <br />136 <br />except those that are approved via the variance process. <br />137 <br />6.All semi-trucks or semi-trailers that are being worked upon shall be <br />138 <br />located/stored at the rear (west) of the site nearest the shop building. <br />139 <br />7.The applicant must submit a plan that details where licensed and unlicensed <br />140 <br />trailers will be stored and that no greater than 20% of the trailers will be <br />141 <br />unlicensed. The site must be inspected at least once a year for compliance with <br />142 <br />the plan and if found to be non-compliant, measures shall be taken to comply. <br />143 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />144 <br />Council Member _____ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />145 <br />favor: ______; <br />146 <br />and ______ voted against. <br />147 <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />148 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br />
