A Proposal for the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of Roseville <br /> /other consultants: The WSB/LHB team understands that the <br /> ort with City <br /> and other consultants. We will integrate the elements listed below, so that the overall <br />Comprehensive Plan presents a coordinated strategy for the next 20 years. <br />Transportation <br />Our team will coordinate with the City Department of Public Works and the CityÕs other consultant to provide information, <br />projections and scenarios for the transportation chapter of the plan. We will also take guidance from the transportation <br />plan to ensure that strategies for walkability, alternative transportation, and concepts for livable communities are <br />consistent with the land use chapter and can be integrated with the form-based elements of the zoning code. <br /> <br />Housing and Neighborhoods <br /> to develop a housing element that meeting the <br /> ordable housing. This element should also emphasize life-cycle <br />housing: housing options for a diverse mix of family types, ages, and economic status so that people can make Roseville <br />their home at any stage of their life. <br />To begin this process, the WSB Team <br /> to conduct a robust <br />analysis of the existing housing stock in <br />Young couple <br />the City and compare it with demographic <br />trends.
