The improvements would include two <br />ЊЌ <br />additional customer/employee parking lots and a semi-trailer storage/parking area for <br />ЊЍ <br />up to 55 semi-trailers. The proposed improvements also include storm water <br />ЊЎ <br />management and landscaping. <br />ЊЏ <br />The property at 2500 County Road C is zoned Industrial district and located in the <br />ЊА <br />northwest corner of County Road C and Walnut Street. Adjacent properties are also <br />ЊБ <br />zoned Industrial. There are also a number of pre-existing non-conforming trucking and <br />ЊВ <br />warehousing sites in the direct vicinity of the subject property (see map page 2). <br />ЋЉ <br />Under§1006.05.E, parking placed between the building and the abutting street is <br />ЋЊ <br />limited to a maximum of two rows of parking and a drive lane, and the building shall not <br />ЋЋ <br />be setback more than 85 feet from the street.
