3. The applicant must submit a vehicle site circulation plan that is reviewed and approved <br />by the City. The site must be inspected at least once a year for compliance with the plan <br />and if found to be non-compliant, measures shall be taken to comply. <br />4. The property owner is allowed in the future to raze the existing Crown Iron dock facility <br />and replace the structure with additional semi-trailer storage/parking. <br />5. Any site improvements shall meet all other requirements of the Zoning Code, except <br />those that are approved via the variance process. <br />6. All semi-trucks or semi-trailers that are undergoing maintenance shall be located/stored at <br />the rear (west) of the site nearest the shop building. <br />7. The applicant must submit a plan that details where licensed and unlicensed trailers will <br />be stored and that no greater than 20% of the trailers will be unlicensed. The site must be <br />inspected at least once a year for compliance with the plan and if found to be non- <br />compliant, measures shall be taken to comply. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Etten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: McGehee, <br />Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe; and none voted against. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
