She suggested a Sub-Committee be formed and they review all of the essays and <br />173 <br />bring the top essays to the full Commission for review. She stated the Commission could use the <br />174 <br /> <br />175 <br /> <br />176 <br />Chair Groff asked for volunteers for the Sub-Committee.
