The school vote had Hillary Clinton over Donald <br />187 <br />Trump. The club had started a human rights art project and Daniel Bachhuber would be assisting <br />188 <br />them with locating an artist for the project. Once complete they would like to have it hung in the <br />189 <br />school. <br />190 <br /> <br />191 <br />Chair Groff stated this may also be hung in City Hall. <br />192 <br /> <br />193 <br />Staff Report <br />194 <br /> <br />195 <br /> <br />a.Budget Update <br />196 <br />Mr. Trudgeon stated there is $1893.17 in the Commissions 2016 budget. The budget proposed <br />197 <br />for 2017 is $3,700, which is the same as 2016 and this budget amount does include the payment <br />198 <br />for meeting minute preparation. <br />199 <br /> <br />200 <br /> <br />b.Recognition of Human Rights Awards November 28 <br />201 <br />Mr. Trudgeon stated the Human Rights Award was scheduled for November 28 with the City <br />202 <br />Council. <br />203 <br /> <br />204 <br />Chair Groff stated Commissioner Dailey and Commissioner Peterson had worked on this project <br />205 <br />and he would suggest that they each read a synopsis of the nomination for the winners. <br />206 <br /> <br />207 <br />Future Agenda Items <br /> <br />208 <br />Chair Groff stated the next agenda would include information on the Naturalization Ceremony. <br />209 <br /> <br />210 <br />Commissioner Peterson stated the next meeting was December 21 and she would not be <br />211 <br />available. <br />212 <br /> <br />213 <br />Chair Groff asked what would need to be done in December <br />214 <br /> <br />215 <br />Commissioner Dailey stated they would need to work on the advertising for the mental health <br />216 <br />forum and work out the transportation if necessary. <br />217 <br /> <br />218 <br />Chair Groff stated they would also need to contact the library in regards to the showing because <br />219 <br />the Commission is co-sponsoring this event. <br />220 <br /> <br />221 <br />Commissioner Carey stated she would follow up with Ms. Curti in regards to refreshments for <br />222 <br />the showing. <br />223 <br /> <br />224 <br /> <br />
