Public Comments <br />None. <br />3. <br />Approval of August 23, 2016 Meeting Minutes <br />r)„P rrA tPA1n;ral ,a;fr;r-„ities in their timely transcription Member Wozniak moved <br />ded, TABLING approval of the August 23, 2016 meeting <br />,r ing. <br />Public Works Director Culver provided additional comments and a brief review <br />and update on projects and maintenance activities listed in the staff report dated <br />September 27, 2016. <br />Mr. Culver announced that MnDOT had advised that Lexington Avenue under the <br />Highway 36 bridge replacement was scheduled to open later this week. <br />Discussion included Mr. Culver's explanation to not proceed with liquid damages <br />included in the contract and unrelated delays in the Twin Lakes Parkway project; <br />Page 1 of 17 <br />
