Member Wozniak reported on a recently opened organics <br />175 recycling site near Como Park behind the Hill -Murray fields. Member Wozniak <br />176 advised that Ramsey County continued to look for additional sites in cooperation <br />177 with area cities; and hoped once organized, Roseville may be one of those cities <br />178 expressing interested in being considered. <br />179 <br />180 Mr. Culver suggested that was a good discussion topic for a future PWETC meeting <br />181 to make a recommendation to staff and the City Council, depending on potential <br />182 costs involved. <br />183 <br />184 5. Comprehensive Surface Water Management, Plan Update Introduction <br />185 Mr. Culver reviewed the request for proposals (RFP) ntly finalized, with S.E.H. <br />186 winning the contract for updating the City of Rosevill s Comprehensive Surface <br />187 Water Management Plan (CSWP s part of the overall Metropolitan Council's <br />188 Comprehensive Plan Update. Mr. er noted S.E.H. had also pdated the plan <br />189 most recently in 2013. <br />190 <br />191 Mr. Culver introduced r. Ron Leaf, PE, cipal and Proj ect Man ger and Ms. <br />192 Rebecca Nestingen, PE, CFM, S.E.H. Ms. Nestingen noted this would also <br />206 involve aligning the city's plan with the three watershed districts as they went <br />207 through a simil r date of their respective plans. <br />208 <br />209 In addition to th e issues identified in the last update, Mr. Leaf noted continual <br />210 updating of more frequent large storm events and their ramifications. <br />211 <br />212 Ms. Nestingen reviewed the public input process used in the past, even though with <br />213 disappointing results, and innovations to involve newer technologies, including <br />214 electronic survey and the Speak Up! Roseville.org website as tools.
