WHEREAS, the Planning Di�-ision has concluded the proposal satisfies the "practic�l <br />difficult�'' clause and compare fa�-orabl�� ��-ith ali of the abo�-e requirements essential for <br />appro��ng �-ariances. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT 1�ESOLVED, b�- the Rose�zlle Variar�ce Board, to appro�-e <br />the requested �-arian+ces to §�oob.o�.E (Parking Placement) of the Citti� Code, based an the <br />abo`-e findings and t�e testimonti� offered at the public hearing: <br />i. The expansion af the emploi-ee/customer parking lot east to�tirards Walnut Street; <br />2. The addition of a single r���- of semi-trailer storage/parking for up to 31 semi-trailers to <br />be located directl`- east of the dock facilit�-; and <br />�. The future replacement of the dock facilit�- «-ith additional semi-trailer <br />storage/parking. <br />The forgoing Variances shall be subject tg the follo4ti-ing conditions: <br />�. Tt�e applicant shali «-ork ��-ith the Planr�ing Ui�-ision on a final landscage/screening <br />plan. T�is plan must be submitted and appro�•ed by- the Planning Diti�sion as a <br />cotr�ponent of the site impro�-ement permit. Landscape/screening shall address both <br />Cc�unt�- Road C and Walnut Street �-ie«�s. <br />2. Any site impro�•ements shall meet all other requirements of tl�e Zoning CQde, except <br />those that are appro�-ed �-ia the ��ariance process. <br />�.
